How to Install Delta via AltStore PAL (EU)
The official EU sideloading method for Delta, made possible by the Digital Markets Act — no jailbreak, no dev computer needed.
Overview
The EU's Digital Markets Act forced Apple to open iOS to third-party app marketplaces, and AltStore PAL — built by Delta's own developer, Riley Testut — was one of the first to launch. It lets EU-based users install Delta directly from an official alternative marketplace, without the notarization workaround, developer certificate juggling, or a computer that the rest of the world still needs.
Outside the EU, installing Delta means AltStore Classic paired with a Mac or PC and a weekly re-signing step to keep the app from expiring after seven days. AltStore PAL removes all of that friction for EU users: it installs straight from your iPhone and updates itself automatically, just like any App Store app.
The only requirement is that your Apple ID's region is set to an EU member state and you're running iOS 17.4 or later, since that's the OS version where Apple's alternative marketplace support first shipped.

Good to Know
AltStore PAL updates automatically like any other app, unlike AltStore Classic which needs weekly refreshing from a computer to avoid expiring.
If your Apple ID's region isn't in the EU, this method won't be offered — use the classic AltStore + computer method instead, covered in how to install Delta on iPhone.
