SoulSilver shares its Action Replay code engine with HeartGold — same hex format, same 94000130 conditional prefix — but the two carts are matched to different offsets for a handful of version-exclusive flags, so codes are listed separately here to avoid a mismatch that soft-locks a save. This set is built against the standard USA SoulSilver dump most Delta users are running.

The six codes below cover what actually gets searched for on SoulSilver: infinite Master Balls for locking down Lugia and the roaming beast trio (Raikou, Entei, Suicune) without a missed throw, walk-through-walls for shortcutting Johto's routes, a shiny-encounter code, unlimited Rare Candy for fast leveling, a trainer-capture code, and a max-money code for the Goldenrod department store.

One SoulSilver-specific note: the Pokewalker connectivity feature doesn't exist inside Delta, so any code claiming to unlock Pokewalker items is fake — ignore those. Toggle Walk Through Walls off before entering Radio Tower or any scripted Team Rocket cutscene to avoid a black-screen freeze.
