Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs

Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs is the third and final entry in the Ranger sub-series, moving the action away from Fiore and Almia to Oblivia, a chain of islands linked by cable-car lines and steeped in ruins tied to the three Regi golems. Playing as Kellyn or Kate — the same protagonist pair from Shadows of Almia, now visiting relatives for the summer — you re-enlist as a Ranger to investigate a string of Pokemon incidents that turn out to be connected to a scattered remnant of Team Dim Sun.

Guardian Signs' headline addition is the dual-partner system: instead of working the Capture Line alone, you pick up a second Ranger partner mid-mission and switch between the two on the fly, letting you solve puzzles that need two capture styles at once — one Ranger clearing a path while the other captures whatever's blocking it. The Regi golem trials return as some of the toughest capture puzzles in the series, gating access to the endgame Sky Fortress confrontation.
